What did you like the most?: "Excellent for a short, very pleasant stay in Ravenna - particularly with
bicycles. Friendly staff, and efficient."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Classhotel did oblige with a change to the booking, even though prepaid. However they did not respond to a direct email seeking a further change. Shame - otherwise 'ottimo'."
