- "Room was good; value for $$ was good; food was good; night food server very friendly. Enjoyed stay."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The breakfast server was NOT friendly. I spilled something in the microwave and asked for a rag to clean it, but I was told she already cleaned it (her attitude was not friendly, and I was prepared to clean up my own mess. I told her thank you and she ignored me; so, I said it again, and made her respond to me). If she likes her job, she doesn't show it!"

- "I like that it was right next to the freeway. I also liked their free
breakfast." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The room seemed very outdated. I wore socks or shoes around the room because the carpet had a very dirty appearance. I never look at things this closely but it was hard to miss that the smoke detector up on the wall was full of dust. For the money I expected more. This was more like a $50 motel than a $90."

- "We were not impressed with the hotel at all, the staffwas great however. The free breakfast was ok if one just had cold cereal and fruit. The dinner we would pass on if we ever stayed there again, however we will not ever stay at that Clairion again. Again do not judge the Clairion chain on just this hotel. We stayed in one in Portland Oregon the next night close to the PDX airport and that hotel was excellent in everyway. The one in PHX needs the Undercover Boss to take a look at that hotel for upgrading."
