- "The hotel was walking distance to the bus line and a short drive to the train station in Gruiten for getting into Dusseldorf."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Only a couple of restaurants to choose from within walking distance."

- "Service from most of the staff. Breakfast was good. Indoor pool clean. Sauna clean"

- "Very few of the staff (reception desk) could not communicate in English. Room was available late afternoon"

- "Booked a double room and upon reception advised no double room available due to some health issues. Received a twin room. If the fold out second bed wasn't there the room would be spacious but the fold out bed made everything a bit cramped. The beds are cheap and nasty too. The next morning however, I asked if a double was available and the staff then provided me witth the suite, which was excellent, inclluding moving my luggage whilst I went out for the day.Location easy to get to and in nice quiet area. Good secure parking and wifi access. Besides the room issue, staff very friendly and provided excellent service."

- "The hotel is rated four stars and unless you are in the suite room its only a two star hotel (in the twin room) The beds in the twin room are cheap and nasty and the rrangement of using a fold out couch takes away all of the limited space."
