- What did you like the most?
- "I can not find anything positive to say about this hotel, except that
the location was convenvenient." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The room was dark and pokey and very grubby looking. The vinyl floor was torn and buckled, and the carpeted areas badly stained. The laminex on the bench in the kitchenette was split and broken with holes down to the plyboard underneath. There was food and other rubbish underneath the beds from previous guests. Even the lobby was dirty, even though it appeared to be much better maintained that our room. The checkin staff member appeared to be overworked and very distracted. She answered around 6 calls while we were trying to check in. She left my passport in the photcopier and forgot to return it until prompted. A wifi log in and password was provided, but we were not told it would expire after 24 hrs even though we were staying 2 nights. By the time we realised this the reception desk was closed. We had requested parking as the website said that a reservation was needed if parking was required, but no parking was reserved for us. We were "lucky" they had one spot left. Even though we stayed 2 nights, our rooms were not made up in between. Reception was closed by the time we realised that they were not coming back to make up our room, even though other rooms in our corridor had been made up. This was a problem because there was not enough space to hang 4 towels, so we had wet towels on the second morning. Service of any sort in this hotel was virtually non existent. We did not expect a luxury apartment, but a clean room in reasonable condition and access to basic items such as clean towels I think is not too much to expect."

- "Some kitchen equipment is made by like a plastic materials which is very UN-hygienic have to change,some is very old,please change it, everyday cleaning is necessary for room in night one security man is necessary,because night check-in time travelers is in very problem to enter the hotel and find his/her room key and other documents."
