- "Going to another address for to get the key to the room is not convinient at all, especially when you are carrying your luggage around.They must have to find a more practical way to hand the keys to the customers."

- "The hotel was good; about an 8 min walk to the nearest tube. Air conditioning wasn't working but it was nice with the windows open so it wasn't a huge issue during our stay. Didn't care for the open sky window in the bathroom directly above the shower as there is construction on the building going on with scaffolding all around. But otherwise the hotel was in good condition and had everything we needed."

- "The location to pickup the keys is about a 10 min cab ride from the hotel which was a bit of an inconvenience."

- "The location was good for our purposes / near the college we were visiting and walking distance to central London"

- "The flat needs a bit of maintenance / wifi intermittent, hot water was "variable" and the tiles in the bathroom floor were lose, and one cracked . Nothing major but I expect better considering the price we paid Having to pick up the keys from a separate address was burdensome and it really the only reason I wouldnt choose to rent here again."

- "Although it was a one bedroom apartment for 2 people, the bed was only a double which seemed odd given there was room enough for a Queen size bed."
