- "Good location, price - perhaps reasonable fo NY, free internet, everything is clean and kept up properly. As the desk closes at 9PM, you have to carry key with you, but it's even more convenient, as you can come whenever you want"

- "Every day at around 6 in the morning someone was knocking on the heating The walls are VERY thin, and you can hear everything going on in neighbouring room A bell for calling the receptionist could be placed on the desk, as otherwise sometimes it takes veeeeeeeery long until someone comes The rooms are clean yet look like they need some restoration and remodelling. The cloak closet is rather dusty, and there is some box standing in it"
