What did you like the most?: "I was all alone and got a room with 4 beds :) It perfectly suited the purpose for the money for a night with the station just across the road."

What did you like the most?: "I chose the Chelsea Hotel due to its proximity to train/coach station,
just a couple of hundred yards away. It is also situated just a short
walk from a busy street offering a vast choice of places to eat, town
centre and beaches. At £25.00 per night it was basic, no frills but
clean and quiet and I thought it was excellent value for money."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The only complaint I have is that the shower in room 8 did not work. You could have either a luke warm trickle or a rather faster running cold blast. I suspect that this is due to the fact that no.8 Is at the top of the building and perhaps the hot water for the shower does not reach that far!!"

What did you like the most?: "We booked two single rooms purely for somewhere to lay our heads the
night before a race in nearby Christchurch. The hotel was adequate for
our needs; basic but functional rooms and good location only ten minutes
walk to the sea front. Overall this fulfilled our needs."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "We both experienced quite a lot of noise from other guests and the doors slamming although it was a Saturday night so maybe this was to be expected? Met only one member of staff who seemed more concerned that we knew to return our keys the next day than to enjoy our stay; we weren't given any information about breakfast or offered assistance should we need it. A few improvements needed eg investing in new towels(mine was clean but very frayed!) and ensuring that guests feel welcome! We might not be spending a lot of money but still expect good customer service."
