What did you like the most?: "Food was ok"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Advertised as having wireless internet and a swimming pool. The wireless connection was very poor and hard to access I gave up trying. The swimming pool appeared to be part of a leisure complex connected to the hotel but cost extra to use with no reduced rate for hotel guests. Rooms whilst clean were desperately in need of a refurb many of the fittings were old and starting to show their age, peeeling varnish etc and bathroom fittings were loose."

What did you like the most?: "Some nice improvements to the hotel, such as the dining room"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The owners are trying to make a silk purse from a sow's ear. The building should be condemned yet they have spent money on trying to bring it up to a 4 star standard. Beautiful carpets completely destroyed by coffee / drink spills etc. Rotting window frames with no latches. Great Spa next door, but 35 euros just for a sauna !!! Personally I would not choose this hotel again"

Is there anything you didn't like?: "A wall outlet next to the bed did not work, plus, the mattress on the side of that outlet, was worn and squishy. The bathroom light made a lot of buzzing noise.There was no place to drive to the door and unload the car so one got quite wet when walking from the car to the hotel in the rain."

What did you like the most?: "Very nice hotel at one time. Rooms are larger than average European rooms."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Definitely in need of a renovation more on the inside than out--but both needs it. There was no wifi in the rooms, although advertised. No attempt on staff to fix this issue. I had to walk all the way to a *corner* in the lobby to get wifi and I barely got a connection. Also, they didn't seem to know how to cater to popular business customers. When I asked where certain buildings were, they did not know--although the places were only 600 meters away."
