Is there anything you didn't like?: "I was told to go to another house down the road- when i tried to have a shower the water was stone cold"

What did you like the most?: "Service of staff was excellent, it showed through they were all foreign abd had care to detail and attention."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The room was made up of second hand furniture, or so it appeared it was in very poor condition and very dated.. The paint was peeling badly off the windows. Everywhere needed painting, curtains replacing etc. Even the bathroom sink had 2 different designed taps. Appalling British quality, ashamed for my foreign co travellers."

What did you like the most?: "the desk ladies are very nice and helpfull, always smileing, I appriciated that. the room was cleana nd breakfast sufficient."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "I missed the fact of no shower gel and shampoo - I was not prepared for not receiving it. and it would be great if you could extende the wi-fi to the other houses as well, not only the reception one, it would defenetly increase your rate :)"

What did you like the most?: "The hotel is close to an underground station and quite a few restaurants. If you are looking for a cheap option and are only staying for a few days then I guess it would be ok. You get quite a few options for breakfast, and the waitresses were very bubbly and friendly."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The rooms themselves are ok - clean and a decent size. But the shared bathrooms need to be checked more often - the showers are combined shower/baths and if you weren't one of the first people to use them in the day you would be faced with a mini ocean of water on the floor, mysterious hairs everywhere, and unflushed toilets. You get a sink in your room but... they smell. The towel (you get one about the size of a bath mat) has to last you three days and have to pay if you want it changed more often. The breakfasts that come with the rooms are pretty average. Also, the pillow I had felt like it was full of half a bag of cotton balls. Perhaps I had a bad room."
