- "close to conference venue and underground stations"

- "when i arrived at 9 pm i was told by receptionist to stay at another nearby hotel due to maintenance work going on. I was not happy as something like this should have been conveyed to guests well in time . in the end i got a room anyway. not the best approach with customers arriving late night. rest of stay was ok."

- "The hotel staff excellent. We had to change rooms twice and they were most obliging and understanding. The first and third rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. However the interim / ground floor room was a room designed for disabled customers and lacked ventilation and the beds were rock hard. Wifi was not able to be received in the room and we had to sit in the corridor.
The location is excellent. The bus takes you directly to Oxford Circus, Victoria Station, Kings Cross, Euston, Waterloo, so basically any direction and you get a scenic tour. A bit slower than the tube but easier than lugging suit cases up and down stairs." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Don't get a ground floor room! Wifi is charged but we found it a little intermittent and had to call the provider who was very helpful and provided a free service. Breakfast is overpriced but plenty of other options close by. Our key cards failed in two of the rooms and had to be redone."
