- "I liked the location of the Hotel, it's near the metro and Av. Paulista."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "I thought the hotel was over priced for the quality of its services, it's as if the staff has a five star arrogance all the while providing a 2 star service. The breakfast is below standard and never changed in the 10 days we were there. I would not recommend this hotel."

- "There is Gymnastic Center just against the rooms of second floor."

- "Apartment was nice but that's about it."

- "The Staff were the worst I have ever known. During the day they were okay but the night staff are the rudest and were total bastardos. They don't care either how they treat you and you are not treated like a customer but more like an intruder. I have never experienced such scum bag people at a hotel like here. I asked for a formal apology and was ignored. I cannot express my distain for these people enough."
