What did you like the most?: "Very friendly staffs and the convenient location. Good access to stores."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Building is old and needs some update and/or improvement. It's very inconvenient for me to have a password to access to my electronic devices."

Is there anything you didn't like?: "Refused to allow early check in although room was ready; bedlamp switch placement away from bed; unlighted room entry made finding and turning on lights difficult and dangerous."

What did you like the most?: "It was convenient for us since we were attending the tennis at Indian
Wells. Parking was fine and it's very close to Palm springs airport. The
beds were very comfortable and the free wifi access (although fairly
slow for uploads) was great. Having a Trader Joe's just across the road
was useful."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "On first arrival we thought it was pretty grotty although we did get used to it. It is pretty basic and not as nice as the photos would have you think. Got upset by being unfairly accused of taking too much food for breakfast. We were usually in a hurry and found it easier to grab a couple of bagels than sit and eat but this seemed to offend one of the staff members."
