- "Elevator broke down 2nd day and was not yet repaired when we left 5 days later. Unit needed a thorough cleaning, gets a "hotel" style cleaning but needs to have flat surfaces, fan blades, behind and under furniture cleaned. Air purifiers not sufficient for allergy sufferers with dust built up on decorations. The internet in the unit was a secure spot and owners didnt leave the password. The pool signal was too weak and we had to go to the pool to connect. The building was old and small items breaking down( I.E.- door handle, sink strainer). Only 2 rolls bathroom tissue for 3 bathrooms."

- "Our unit Bldg.9 #404 was not updated and on the outside of the property so we faced another complex and lane. It was not worth $249 plus taxes per night for 2 people."
