- "- The hotel is modern, clean and in a good location one street over from the main shopping street and a few blocks from the Plaza de Armes and main tourist sites. - One of the reception staff (day staff) was very helpful and spoke excellent English.
- The wi-fi worked 90% of the time and was strong in the lobby.
- They let us store our bags for 2 days while we did a Colca Canyon tour." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "- The hotel is right next to a number of parking stations and our room on the 5th floor overlooked 2 of these. Not a problem if you don't mind hearing loud car alarms going off all the time but it started to drive us nuts after a while. If you 're a light sleeper, take earplugs! - Breakfast is terrible - we have stayed in hostels for 1/10th the price and had better. - One morning we requested an early breakfast (5.45am) so we could have something to eat before leaving on our Colca Canyon tour. They forgot to organise something and at 6am when we left there was still nothing out for breakfast (which is supposed to be available from 6am). We left hungry. - The safe in room 505 was locked when we arrived and they couldn't find the key so we couldn't put our valuables in the safe. No alternative was offered. - Some of the reception staff didn't speak or understand much English."

- "It was clean and comfortable. The manager did everything to please us."

- "The breakfast, to early and often we had to ask for more coffee or more bread. The food at the restaurant wasn't good at all."

- "The location is good. The hotel in general looks nice, furniture is
nice." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "I didn't like the fact that the bed sheets had hairs, not just one, but several, both beds. I am sure they didn't change the sheets. Bathroom was not clean also, and I found hairs in the bath tub too. I called reception and they sent couple of ladies to clean the bedroom, but they were saying that yes, they did change the sheets. Anyway, I demanded I wanted them to be changed and went to the bathroom with the ladies to check on their cleaning. Next day they gave me, my husband and daughter free dinner for the inconvenience. This was a nice gesture, but when you book a hotel you deserve clean sheets and bathroom. Rooms are small. Breakfast is ok. This is a 4 star hotel , but I think it doesn't deserve that rating."
