In case of cancellation, the accommodation will charged on the clients credit card : - 5% of the total reservation fee when the cancellation is made with more than 30 days prior to arrival. - 50% of the total reservation fee when the cancellation is made with 30 days and more than 7days prior to arrival. - 100% of the total reservation fee when the cancellation is made with less than 7 days prior to arrival. All this apart from the initial guarantee deposit already paid. In order to amend a reservation, please contact directly to the hotel which details figure in the voucher. If your amendment reduces the number of nights or rooms the deposit will not be refunded and will not be discounted of the modified reservation fee.
