- "I recommend the place in particular if you start your trip through Yucatan. The owners are very helpful (e.g. when my rental car broke down, the owner called the rental car company and made arrangements for a quick exchange) and support you with a lot of useful travel information. The place is in a local environment, so you get to see not only the tourist's places. There is a bit of a distance to the sea side, so it's good to have a car. Alternatively, the hotel has bicycles to rent. The place is charming and relaxing and I decided to come back to have a few relaxing days at the end of my trip. I guess there is no better recommendation than that! You should be aware of the fact that there are dogs on site, so don't go there if you are afraid of dogs (they are quite nice and well-trained, so no reason to be worried)."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "You might not only hear the highway, but also a noisy cock. Depends a bit on the room you get. WiFi is not perfect in all areas, but it is ok in the (open) reception area. Don't expect everything to be perfect (e.g. the plumbing), but that's just what makes the place so nice."

- "Place was nice- a little funky. Neighborhood was run down but seemed safe. Owners were very helpful. It is a walk to the main area of hotels and restaurants near the beach."

- "The neighborhood. Not near interesting places to eat."

- "We loved our stay here. Our cabana was pretty and had a kitchenette so we could cook our meals. You need to have a car as it is quite far from the main town (over the highway) but we had a car so it was fine. Owner was very welcoming and helpful about the town. Beach is beautiful. Would deffinately recommend this place if you want something different."

- "The mosquito net wasn't that effective. Bring lots of insect repellent we got bitten alive!"

- "very friendly and helpful owner, gives you a lot of information of the surrounding areas. Rooms are very nice and lovely, very clean an spacious. Very relaxing and familiar atmosphere. I would recommend it to everyone who's looking for something different!"
