- "Lovely spacious room, with big terrace and lovely view, very helpful front desk staff, excellent deep bath, excellent location."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "No opportunity to check in before 3pm because no personnel present. Only a hand held shower....every hotel considering guest comfort should have an overhead shower, preferably separate from the bath."

- "No shower facility over the bath. The combined casino and hotel entrance is far from appealing and is a little off-putting. It does not reflect the standard of the bedrooms"

- What did you like the most?
- "The room was large and comfortable. It had a view out towards the hills
and the medieval historic part of Hyeres, with a balcony which caught
the afternoon sun. A continental breakfast was included in my stay,
delivered with a flourish each morning on a table to my room. The staff
although they had limited English were helpful. The hotel was in easy
walking distance of the historic part of town." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The entrance to the hotel is the same as the entrance to the casino, with the lift to the rooms behind the reception desk. It would be good to have a completely separate entrance. The dining area, if you wished to eat there was only separated from the reception area by curtains. The hotel is quite a hike, if you are walking from the train station. Ask for directions before setting out."

- "Excellent location, close to the old city with parking. Spacious good room with superb balcony."

- "corridors and lift somewhat tired in appearance , in need of some renovation. (The casino facilities did not detrimentally affect our use of the establishment as a hotel)"
