- "A few erroneous charges were on our bill (and later taken off), however, the process to charge things to your room should be improved (require the last name and room #)."

- "Beautiful old hacienda style luxury resort at the beach side with English speaking staff. Interior design is modern classic and good taste. Only the guests did not quiete match the ambiente ( talking about table manners e.g.) nevertheless a beautiful get away from buzzy Sao Paulo and also recommends for young families as they have Plastrons ans so on."

- "Price was a bit too high. Arriving few hours early with the room available, they didn~t give it to me but asked for extra money....not very elegant and annoying"
