- "The staff in the reception area can be a little cold, at times. A smile goes a long way! The water pressure in the bathtub and shower could be better. The drain plug in my bathtub did not work."

- "This was of all the hotels in Peru the less frendly we have ever stayed in the staff was very snobie .We felled like every one didn't like having American staying in their hotel . I was very cold the first night because there wasn't a blanket in our room when I told the front deak and asked for a blabked they thought it was funny and said they would send me a blanked for our second night .It never came I couldn't wait to leave your hotel and call the Liberator Hotel to stay their the third night where we were meet with very friendly people and a very happy staff wher they came to your room show how to use the heather and all the things in the room."

- "Location near the lake, good bird-watching."

- "Grumpy bartender who was very stingy with everything: small pours on wine, jealously guarding the tapas against anyone sharing. Bad attitude generally. Front desk staff seemed to be fairly ignorant about a lot of things."
