"location and some of the people( not all in front desk specifically )"
Is there anything you didn't like?
"telephone completely broken, were never able to use it to simply call front desk and a water leak in the bathroom that was never repaired. Horrible pillows to small and to soft. air conditioned to noisy and rooms not completely isolated from noise."
