- "Very tight stairs and no lift - is a bit hard to get to the 4th floor with your suitcase. Very small room."

- "The hotel is in the middle of much upgrading. My room was done and was very nice. The rest of the hotel was old but clean. The bedspreads need to be replaced."

- "Fantastic location - 2 minutes away from Paddington station and heathrow express. The beds were new and comfortable. Rooms simple, but clean.Newly renovated rooms and bathrooms."
