- "The village where it is located is very charming. I also liked the
cafe/bar within the hotel. The pool is a good size and enjoyable. I hope
to return to Monschau and the Carat Vitahotel someday in the future as I
thoroughly enjoyed my stay." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The temp of the pool water could have been more warm ( I was there during December.)"

- "The fact that staff was speaking only German. The music of the New Year's Eve- only German songs??? The quality of the rooms (furniture, size, facilities) does not exactly correspond to a 4 stars hotel."

- "Very bad tv reception when the weather is bad and (paying) satellite tv not working, only German programmes. Not great in the winter when evenings are long. Not really 4*."
