- "Clean and tidy."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Not informed that the restaurant was shut on the Saturday (1.9.12) night. This was the main reason we booked, as it had a restaurant. Travelling with my sister on 1.9.12 and with my disabled mother on the trip back on 7,9,12. When I booked the return night, I put in the request box for rooms next door to each other. Before we left the hotel on the 2.9.12 we asked the reception staff if we could have ground floor rooms next to each other on our return night as my mother was disabled and could not climb stairs. We were assured that that was no problem. When we arrived on the 7 th, the rooms allocated were not on the ground floor and were not together, when asked if this could be changed, we managed to get a ground floor room for Mum, but my sister and I were on the 1st floor on the opposite side of the hotel. So is writing and asking for specific roomsany point?"

- "The hotel was just 15 min away from CDG airport, which was very convenient for us since we needed to stop close to the airport for one night. The rooms are reasonably big compared to other hotels we have stayed in Paris. At least you don't have to walk sideways!!!"

- "There aren't any restaurants close by so we were forced to eat the the hotel's restaurant. I got sick from a Halibut I ordered. It was not properly defrosted and cooked in the microwaved!!!. The hotel is in an industrial area, where a lot of truckers stay or go eat."
