- "The room had everything we needed and was being cleaned every day. It is
close to the subway (Subte) and a few restaurantes. The doorman that
stays at night is very kind and willing to give tips and information
about the city." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Although we didn´t have problems with our staying, there should be someone from the hotel at the reception in case some problem comes up. The stove wasn´t working properly, but the microwave played its role."

There was daily house-cleaning and a change of towels and sheets every few days. Kitchen had fridge, microwave, hotplates and useful assortment of dishes. Free local phone calls. Internet worked very well. Decor looked a bit worn but is slated for renovation. Cleanliness and other essentials were all fine."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Thin walls can be a problem if boisterous neighbors come home at 1am and decide to party with loud music into the early morning (as happened 1 night out of 10). Tip: Ask management upon check-in about what to do in case it happens again."

- "Modern apartments, clean bathrooms with hot water.
The woman who handled our check in (Pilar) was friendly and helpful with some good tips for the area, and organising a taxi for the morning.
Felt reasonably secure, with a staffed front entrance and a safe in the room (although the doormen speak no English at all, and seem happy to let anyone into the building)." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The building has central heating, which is too warm and can't be controlled. To make the room comfortable you need to open the windows (noisy) or run the aircon (noisy). It's noisy. Even with the windows closed and aircon off the traffic noise is intrusive 24/7. The walls are paper thin, and you can hear conversations & TV from the neighbors. I slept with earplugs and was still woken a few times. We were disappointed with the kitchen facilities. Although it's not specifically mentioned, we expected that the "fully equipped kitchen" would have basic tea/coffee facilities (e.g. instant coffee, tea bags, packet milk & sugar), and some staples for cooking (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar etc). There was a little bit of sugar but nothing else at all. Also no toaster. As a couple of the other reviews mentioned, the carpets are filthy and your socks/feet turn black. I doubt they've ever been vacuumed, let alone cleaned. If the issues above were fixed this would be a fantastic place, but until then I don't think it's worth the money and would suggest trying somewhere else."
