- "El aire acondicionado no funcionaba en la habitacion, pese que llame a la recepcion no vinieron a solucionar el inconveniente"

- "Location is great, right on the beach"

- "Very old installations in general, shower had a nasty plastic curtain and lots of water were spilled and the bathroom floor was soked, not a single shelf to put the toothbrush, no hair drier (had to leave a deposit so I declined). In summary: use this gloomy hotel only when in despair!"

- "Only the location is good about this Hotel. The entrance and the
elevator are old and cool but once you enter the room then you realize
what a big lie that 4 star is. Do not get fooled by the fake starts it
is not 4 stars at all." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The 4 Stars for this Hotel is a big lie. I would not give them even 2. Only choose this hotel if you want to stay in Copa cabana for a reasonable price. The bathroom are horrible, with a funny plastic curtain that u either have to put inside and have no space or make the whole bathroom flooded. Having the taps leaking for the whole day , the need to leave the hot water in the shower running for like 15 minutes or more to get some warm water which never happens and they ask you to reuse the towel to save water."

- "The Hotel and surrounding area were ideal for us with shops and supermarkets close by if you require any provisions. The hotel breakfast consists of hot and cold food and fruit which we felt covered most tastes. The lobby area is very pleasant and well maintained. The hotel staff and concierge were most helpful at all times. We had a balcony room on the fourth floor which enabled us to have some magnificent views over the bay. The bed was very comfortable. The room was of a very generous size with a plenty of wardrobe and storage space."

- "Having a balcony at the front of the hotel meant sometimes there was a problem with traffic noise. At times during the night the noise could become extremely loud due to lorries servicing the adjoining hotels. The bathroom was in a bad state of repair and the room needed some general décor and repair work. Two of the three lifts were out of action at times. The Wi-Fi was a bit weak and a cable connection would be a better option. The cost of the internet was a bit expensive at 20 reals per day. We requested a safe lock on the day we arrived for the safe box in our room, but there was no lock available for couple of days."
