- "It's a good choice if you are looking for an experience of living in an old house hidden among Venice's tiny narrow lanes. The staffs and cleaning lady are friendly."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The staffs seldom showed off during our 4-days stay. It seems all self-service including check-out. If you expect a 24-hr reception and a staff who can always be available and helpful, a real hotel might be a better choice."

- "Having to leave at 10.00am was slightly inconvienient but it was Christmas and they were very busy. We were allowed to leave our luggage there as had an early evening flight, which was a great help."
