Hotel is well located, close to the centre, theatre, on the main road there is a great market with super souvenirs, amazon soaps, herbs, tshirts, souvenirs, loved it! It was the best place for getting some gift/souvenirs.
The first night we had rooms without windows. So when we arrived back we did ask to give us rooms on the upper floor and with windows, it was done, great.
First time we did not really mind as we arrived very late at night and were out by 8am. Breakfast ok, nothing special. Ladies at the reception were rather indifferent to us.
Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Unfortunately no one spoke English."

- "I could use wi-fi in my room."

- "I staied this hotel for 5days. But while my stay, they never chenged toweles... Staffs had no smiles."

- "The 3 hotel receptionists (one at a time for 8 hours) were very friendly and helpful, even though they didn´t speak English at all. They even made a couple of telephone calls for me to get pizza delivered. (They charged me R$2.00 for telephone use at each time, though.) I enjoyed a variety of channels in the cable TV, including German, Italian and Japanese. It´s something to do with a Free Trade Zone that Manaus has, I guess."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The cleaning lady knocked on the door to clean the room at 9:30AM. It´s too early to interrupt your sleep in the bed. The room was small and a lot of the ants were found at the corners of the floor. It seems to me that this hotel is not for tourists but for city visitors to deal with their own business."
