- What did you like the most?
- "We loved the ambiance. It felt very natural and fresh with all that greenery. We appreciated the staff that cleaned our rooms quite thoroughly each day. It was a comfortable place to kick back and relax."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "We didn´t like the location and the hike up the hill a few times each day. We wished we could have had a room with a hammock. The singular, rooms upstairs (with shared bathrooms) had a far nicer outdoor feel to them despite them being less expensive, though the staff wouldn´t let us switch (due to heavy visitor traffic, I guess). I was a little unsatitisfied with the front desk service. They were somewhat helpful, though a little lacking and communication could have been much better. If I recommended Manolo to a friend, I would tell them to project and book the exact number of days planned on staying as they were not flexible on our request for an extension."
