What did you like the most?: "Lovely welcome and chatty staff. Very helpful too. Fabulous bed & lovely
crisp and very good quality bed linen. Lots of interesting nick nacks in
the room ~ tea strainer attached to tea pot ~ Brass bed sted ~ Wardrobe
with inlay and fab oval mirrors ~ pictures ~ different but elegant
bedside cabinets (particularly the bow fronted one).
Sugared almonds ~ choc treat on the bed ~ which was turned down for when we got in. ~ Towels bundled and tied ~ etc etc
A lot of thought gone into the small touches ~ which were noticed and appreciated.
Breakfast ~ SCRUMMY!!"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The usual ~ I expect ~ The stairs ~ the parking (but excellent location). Although novel and more than mitigated by the welcome ~ we did find the kitchen entrance a tad strange. I would strongly recommend you sort the shower ~ it just didnt work. We were only with you for one night ~ but enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends advising them of the above."

What did you like the most?: "It is quirky and original, and in a perfect central location. It also offers a world-class although small restuarant."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The stairs were a bit steep and the floor a bit slanted but one has to expect things like that in a 500 year old building, and it actually adds to the charm."

What did you like the most?: "Rooms above a very pleasant restuarant. Each room is displayed as if the
historical occupant was still in residence. Beautiful taste throughout.
I didnt eat at the restuarant although the menu looked excellent. Best
cooked breakfast I have had for a long time. The owners are charm
personified. Excellent centre for exploring Norwich.

Is there anything you didn't like?: "Only Negative. This is a very old building and the stairs are very steep and narrow. Anyone with walkingdifficulties might need to avoid"
