What did you like the most?: "The entrance decor was beautiful & food was available until 3am if
requested. The staff upgraded our room as there were no non-smoking
rooms left - we had a room with a jacuzzi and an amazing view from
the 13th floor, which was a really nice surprise. Excellent
customer service."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The bed was a little hard but otherwise everything else was perfect."

What did you like the most?: "Safe, quiet, comfortable -all the essentials were provided."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "It wasn't anything special. Certainly not 4 or 5 star. The hotel and rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment and bringing into the 21st century. Basic and jaded. Check in took a good 10 minutes and we were not in a queue. We got the feeling guests were not trusted. The assumptions seemed to be negative. We chose to have breakfast elsewhere. I wont be going back there. I've stayed at the Hilton next door and it was far better."
