What did you like the most?: "It was a great location not even 5 mins walk from oxford street. The staff were nice too, I guess you get what you pay for and so I thought it was good value for money."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The lights were a little difficult to operate and the bathroom was in disrepair."

What did you like the most?: "The only good thing about the hotel is close to Marble Arch tube
station, but at that price you can find better"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "L 'Hotel is really old and dirty has wooden stairs and has no escape routes for fire, the hotel has no elevator and you have to take your bags to hand to the third floor, if you do not ask the hotel does not gives you the towel and soap, the sheets were dirty, and the daily cleaning of the room by the hotel was limited to make the bed, the sheets and towels were not changed. The room was really small, the toilet did not work and we had to pull buckets of water for download, do not go to that hotel that is the hell."

Is there anything you didn't like?: "smells like mould.no safety box. no lift. poor security like the lock of the windon of my room was broken, nothing happend though."
