What did you like the most?: "It was conveniently situated across the road from the tube station. Tea & coffee making facilities were provided in the room. Fruit juice, hot drinks, cereal & a small cooked English breakfast were served in the basement dining room."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The bed was very low and the mattress dipped in the middle. During the night there were two alarming cracks and a slat fell off the bottom of the bed. The floors did not have carpets and at 3am it sounded like the people in the room above us were moving their furniture."

Is there anything you didn't like?: "Isn't that nice as looks in the pictures, the room was far from clean and breakfast was very poor. I was quite disappointed."
