- "It is very noise even with the windows completely closed. My husband and I had one of ours worst night at a hotel. The rooms need to be updated."

- "Poor breakfast options, as you feel they never get foreigner guests at all, as they serve same breakfast on a way you get bored. During my stay they had a full conference schedule which made the lobby always crowded."

- "I spent two nights with the toilet clogged. I reported the problem to 3 people from the hotel, which promissed to solve the problem, but, both ignored me. Only on my third morning at the hotel I found a person who quickly sent someone from maintenance. The hotel manager just called me after he saw a complaint on Facebook. Why didn't he call me when I complained to the hotel staff? Customer service very pedantic, little concerned about solving problems. Internet slow and intermittent. Air conditioning is not split. Very noisy. The processes of check in and chek are a tragedy. Set aside an hour for each. The hotel is outdated, in need of a makeover. I highly recommend that you find another hotel."
