- "The location was excellent very close to the beach with a lovely outlook from our balcony.The room was kept very clean with a helpful maid.If your looking for basic accomadation close to the beach and not to concerned about fixtures and fittings this is a good Hotel."

- "No airconditioning or fan in the room, also the shower knobs had been taken off and we were left with to screws to twist. The bathroom could do with the plumbing being looked at as there was also a very bad smell that came up most days the maid said this was due to the recent rain and gave us some stong bleach to use."

- "The breakfast was poor with no fruit. It was not very clean, splecialy the dishes.There was not air conditioned."

- "Eventually everything worked out but we got to Palma at 10.20 pm. The shuttle did not leave until past midnight. So we arrived at c' Picaford at 2 am and there was no one in the hotel to give us the key. We had to spend the night in another hotel which was found by the taxi drivers on the main street and the police. Had I not spoken Spanish we would have been very distort. It was awful as it was. Fortunately the staff paid up for the night but no one could compensate us for the fact that we went to bed at 4.30 am and lost that day totally exhausted and stressed. We went on holidays because we needed a rest and I think if we had been cardiac we would have probably died there and then."
