was there for a funeral." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Was disapointed with the hotel. Was met in reception but was not very friendly. All facilities were closed for renovation. Room very dated. They had tea/cofee in room but no milk when I went down next morning to organise a taxi no one at reception message left to leave keys on reception on way out. Then when I was looking for a hair dryer non to be found and no one at reception to ask no facilities for breakfast so we were left to a black coffee or tea in our room."

- What did you like the most?
- "There was a heater by the toilet and coathangers in the wardrobe."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "It was shabby and very run down - the freehold is up for sale. Although it said there was a bar and restaurant there was no breakfast or food or drink available except for tea and coffee in the room. The bed was uncomfortable and creaked. The hotel is on a main road and the traffic was very noisy. The nearest place to eat was about a mile away and that was a busy pub which only sold Indian food."
