What did you like the most?: "A friendly welcome at reception and we were given a spacious room. Ideally located to visit the Bicester Shopping Outlet which was the main purpose of our stay."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Reception staff asked several times if we would like to eat in the restaurant so we booked a table with them. When we arrived at the restaurant there was no record of our reservation and we were left to wait with no instruction of whether we would be shown to a table. The service throughout the evening was very poor with staff who made little effort to make us feel welcome. The food was as bad as the service - bland and over priced for a poor quality meal."

What did you like the most?: "its location."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "closing hours of restaurant and sports bar. Sports bar was not suitable to eat in the evening.. Although the menu was appealing when getting back from an event in Oxford. The atmosphere was too threatening for a single woman and teenage daughter at 8.30pm on a Saturday evening, Irrespective of clientale the seating was not conducive to staying."
