What did you like the most?: "Good location and quiet. Room reasonably comfortable and a good breakfast. Ample parking space too."

Is there anything you didn't like?: "we could not close the window as the unit had dropped and was not possible to close it - therefore it was very noisy at night with the constant sound of a generator the sink had a broken plug behind the sink was dirty and grimy the huge bed was 2 single beds bolted together therefore there was a ridge between the beds which was very uncomfortable to sleep on"

What did you like the most?: "Breakfast was reasonable."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "We had just come from a premier inn the night before (paid £59), and we found the Willowbank looking very tired in places, especially the bedroom (rm127). There was no comparison the premier inn was far superior and so will be looking at premier inns from now on. We did not eat in the restaurant as we had already booked to eat out. Breakfast was adequate in the premier inn we could have our eggs cooked any way we liked. When we returned at night we had to wait a while for bar staff to return to the bar to serve us, in fact we nearly helped ourselves !!"
