- What did you like the most?
- "We chose the hotel because it was conveniently located for the Bayreuth Opera Festival. The hotel laid on a coach to and from the Opera. The hotel restaurant was very good for a hotel chain and was open until midnight, making it easy to eat after the Opera."

- "We asked for a double room with a double bed but only twin beds were available despite booking nearly 3 months ahead."

- "The hotel is poorly serviced by public transport (other than taxi) although I understand that the hotel cannot be fully faulted for this issue."

- "The hotel was very pleasant. Buffet breakfast was very good. Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful (and spoke very good English)."

- "The location. I was attending the Bayreuth Festival and I would have preferred to stay in central Bayreuth, but all the hotels there were full. The hotel, however, laid on a shuttle bus to the Festspielhaus."
