- "You get exactly what you expect from Best Western. Friendly staff & clean comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. This hotel is also reasonably close to several different shopping outlets if that's of interest. It is also close to the lake though I couldnt find any way to get closer since its surrounded by highways."

- "Definetly location was the worst. In the review it say only 15 min from downtown... It took me almost two hours to get there. I didn't stay the second night and I didn't get a refund either."

- "They are in the process of remodeling the entire hotel. This had no
affect on us. The staff was excellent. We received a call in the room
about 30 minutes after we checked in to make sure we were happy with
the room and had everything we needed. We had a distant view of Boston.
Margo, at the desk, gave us excellent advice on using the t instead of
the commuter train, which was how I had planned to get into the city.
She was right, it was just a bit further down the road and much more
convenient and cheaper to get around that way. The free breakfast
buffet was pretty much the usual, coffee, milk, oj, apple juice, toast,
bagels, oatmeal and hot waffles you make yourself. Very nice area for
sitting and enjoying some planning time while you ate. We were in a
room that had not yet been remodeled. The room was very nice and I am
sure the renovations will just make this an even better place to stay,
just hope the cost doesn't go up too much. Thanks to all for an
excellent stay."
