"Staff very friendly, hotel lobby looked inviting. Twin room was compact but beds very comfortable. Location was excellent just round the corner was time square. I would use the hotel again :)"

What did you like the most?
"Staff very friendly, hotel lobby looked inviting. Twin room was compact but beds very comfortable. Location was excellent just round the corner was time square. I would use the hotel again :)"
Is there anything you didn't like?
"The bathroom in our room was a bit dated with a broken toilet cistern lid it had been glued (yellow glue) but it worked. The air-con unit looked very old but again it did its job. The chest of drawers opened on its own."

"Liked nothing. Will never stay at the Best Western Plus President Hotel
ever again!!!"

"Hotel is dirty! A/c didn't work. No towels in room, had to call front desk 3 times - took over an hour to get towels & found dirty towels hanging on inside bathroom door hook. Yuck!!! Vacuum & soiled laundry bin/container left in hallway. Could hear people/TV in the next room throughout the night & couldn't sleep. Room was cramped - no more than 10x10! Don't know how 15 million was spent for complete remodel 3 yrs prior. Disgusting Best Western property!!!! Will advise aaa about my experience, just awful!"

"The staff--courteous, helpful and pleasant.
Convenient to the theatres and other points of interest. Did not need to use public transportation too much.
Economical
Located near great restaurants.
