What did you like the most?: "The hotel accommodation was very comfortable the staff were pleasant
the breakfast was very good.
I stayed only one night as I was accompanying a friend who had come to Chester for a family party (not at the hotel)
I live in Chester but my home was full of my own family, therefore I needed some overnight accommodation for my friend and myself
I chose the Queen because it was conveniently close to the railway station for my friend, also because I know it has a good reputation and I have used it for functions in the past (daughters wedding reception and husbands funeral reception)"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "There was nothing I could complain about or didn't like during our one night stay."

What did you like the most?: "The room in the Kings suite was excellent. The breakfasts were very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location next to the railway station, and the availability of a shuttle bus into the city centre is perfect."

What did you like the most?: "When I booked I mentioned that we were celebrating our 24th wedding Anniversary and requested a nice room. When we arrived at the hotel we were given an upgrade to a kings room which was really lovely. The staff were friendly and attentive and we enjoyed live music at breakfast.
We had a very comfortable stay."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Parking at the hotel is £15 per night at weekends but we were informed by the hotel that we could park in the neighbouring NCP car park which was much cheaper at £5.70."
