- "Everyone was really friendly and helpful. Being a Rooms Division Manager for another hotel and having work for several chain hotels such as Marriott, Sheraton and Hilton, I found the staff to be exceptional, I don't know if I caught them on a good day but on that day they were all great. Hats off to Best Western Plus chain. I will definitely consider your chain in the future."
