- "Indoor pool, we would have liked an outside pool. We arrived an hour before check-in time, the receptionist told us, without looking, to come back later."

- "The main reason I chose this hotel is that on both Booking.com and on their own website, they advertide as having dining facilities. When I arrived I was told that they had closed their restaurant and denied that they advertised same on their website, blaming booking.com as the source of the information. I pointed out to both their head office customer care department and to local hotel management and they both denied that their own website was misleading. The only upside to this was the rebate I received on my last two days accomodation."
