- "Loud - Not well cleaned (used soaps left in bathroom - numerous phone calls from strangers (Is Pedro there?) Garbage truck making all kinds of noise at 500 am"

- "The staff in the breakfast area was really grumpy and slamming stuff around when replacing coffee and didn't smile or have a warm attitude. I was almost like she was put out when you asked for more of something that had ran out. ;(. Friendlier staff in the morning would have made the expereince better."
