- "Basketball court, pool, two hot tubs."

- "No breakfast. This is the first ever Best Western I stayed at that did not include breakfast. Also, the hotel tried to control who we could order pizza from."

- "I didn't like that I couldn't use the jacuzzi. I also didn't like how filfty the seats outside in the smoking areas were. I also didn't like that they didn't offer us any good tv channels. I also didn't like that universal ticket section was closed and we couldn't find out any info about buying a tickets."

were wonderful!!!! I slept like a baby. It was nice to have a
refrigerator in the room for our leftovers from dinner. The location to
I drive and Universal is optimal. Well worth the money." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The room corridors are a little dated. The breakfast buffet (breads, cereal,2 kinds of melon, waffle makers, eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, cereal, juice, coffee) wasn't impressive for the price (9.99) It wasn't very well kept and the hot food items tended to be a little old. The cook did make me some fresh eggs and that was nice. I have experienced better quality food and service from other BW's with free breakfast buffets. The buffet area was a little messy with eggs in the pancake chaffers and on the buffet table line, food and paper debris on the floor..The restaurant was not even half full so it could've been maintained a little better."
