- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "When we first arrived we got placed in a non-smoking room which smelt like smoke terribly!! Then got a new room in the pool area which was nice, but there was alot of noise all night long from people partying and the staff yelling at people to get back to their rooms. In the morning we wanted to take our 2 year old swimming before we left but the pool was closed due to chemicals not being right because the pool wasn't monitored overnight and people threw beer bottles and can and paper airplanes into the pool."

- "Some of the staff was great. When we checked in, I thought the clerk was unhappy to be there. The location was great for our visit to our dear friend at Mill Pond. The restaurant attached was just great & the staff @ the Ankeny Cafe was tremendous. We were booked to stay 2 nights but when the weather report appeared threatening, they very graciously allowed us to leave after staying one night."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Some of the help was not very courteous. Room was not real clean and facility needs some maintenance. Very stingy with towels."
