- "The TV remote was a universal design and wouldn't pair with the TV so changing channels and adjusting volume was a chore."

- "Poor Maintenance, the shower didn't drain properly. It took 15 minutes to get hot water. The Ice machine on 2nd floor didn't work, and the pepsi machine on 3rd floor didn't work."
