- "the rooms were clean"
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "you told us there was a coffee maker, hairdryer, and toiletries supplied with the room; only, i mean only, 2 towels, 1 bath mat, 1 soap, and 1 roll of toilet paper was supplied. no shampoo, no washcloths, no coffeemaker, no hair dryer. You also stated we would be charged in pesos at the current exchange rate. This did not happen; the hotel charged us at an inflated exchange rate, typical of hotels."

- "The pool area was gorgeous and there was good onsite parking. Showers were hot with good water pressure."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The rooms stank of mould - we established that this was coming from the aircon and so we had it turned off during our stay. Beds were extremely hard. Couldn't get internet in our room, but could get it on the balcony and in the garden. Restaurant wasn't open for dinner. We thought we would get better from the Best Western name."
