What did you like the most?: "situation"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "the arrangement for lighting in the bedroom. Could not get one of the bedside lights to work without all other lights being on."

What did you like the most?: "The locality is superb. Second time we have stayed here and will again in the future."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The only thing I was not happy about was the hairdryer would only blow cold air and so I could not dry my hair."

What did you like the most?: "Incredibly kind and helpful reception staff.We had been having a lot of trouble booking our Ryanair boarding passes online(three previous attempts had failed).The receptionist ended up doing it for us despite having some problems with it herself and did it without making us feel old and stupid! I don't know her name but she was on the desk when we arrived and we would be grateful if you could thank her again from us.She took away a problem that had worried us for two weeks and made the last night of our holiday much more relaxing."

What did you like the most?: "If you are reading this review then you may be interested in visiting La
Cite, the medieval town of Carcasonne. Firstly the Best Western is well
located in the heart of this ancient town, you dont need to stay
anywhere else to be close to the Cite's sights, shops and restaurants.
We had a large and very comfortable twin room ( privilege room ) , comfy
beds , air conditioning , separate toilet and shower and free wifi. Car
parking is outside the Cite's walls and is free for hotel guests, call
ahead to get directions. You will need to then walk into the Cite via
the drawbridge, suggest just an overnight bag as the Cite streets are
all cobbled etc. I understand the hotel offers a porter service from the
carpark but we didn't use it. Suggest 1 day & 1 night are sufficient to
see La Cite. Good value for the money."
