"The meals served at a wedding for a large number of people could have been better. The free WiFi service doesn't work -- need to pay!"

What did you like the most?
"Just about everything. Quiet location. Friendly and Helpful Staff. Our
request to move rooms (found our room to be next to one of many ground
floor rooms celebrating a hen night!) was dealt with immediately and had
a wonderful room with a quiet night with no noise at all as a result.
Great leisure centre for both the children (3 x 10 year old girls) and
myself. Excellent choices for breakfast. One of the best I've seen/had.
Bettering the breakfasts we had in Egypt in August. Well done!"
Is there anything you didn't like?
"It didn't seem as though any thought had been given to the room we were initially allocated as we were put smack bang next to a number of rooms celebrating a hen night! The guests in each of those rooms were at least thoughtful enough to stick their own notice on the door advising other guests as we'd not likely have found out until the middle of the morning being woken by groups of drunks. Both children and I found pool water to be much too warm with so much chlorine the children's eyes were red. The sauna is located next to both changing room doors and on one occasion I entered to find rap music on so loud I had to leave. Not sure who chose the channel/track but the lyrics also contained bad language that could be heard outside the sauna by all. The fire alarm went off early morning just long enough to wake the children and leave us all panic in complete darkness before it just went off. No tables available at breakfast but we were dealt with immediately and initially allowed to use the bar tables before being reseated. Get an additional toaster! There was a bottle neck mid queue by just about every diner wanting toast. My daughters fry up was almost cold by the time they sat down so guess others had the same issue or got very hungry."

What did you like the most?
"Quiet stay."
Is there anything you didn't like?
"Decor dated and old, very simple accomodation provided as standard. Although i'm not fussy when it comes to clean rooms, i noticed a hair clip in the middle of the room - that remained in the middle of the room for two more days thereafter, makes you wonder if the room was actually ever cleaned. The main restaurant was closed on the Sunday night, and opened late on the Monday night, so bar food had to suffice. Again, dissapointing. All in all, basic and overpriced for what was received. Replace the old decor and 90's look and ditch the combined bath/showever for something more modern and maybe i will be back."
